하루에 1~1.5 는 오르락 내리락하니 꾸준함이 답인듯
ㄷㅈㅇ 에도 내리는거 보면 호르몬 핑계대는 것보단 평소처럼 먹고 운동하는게 맞는거 같다~~
비도 오고 몸도 찌뿌등 하지만 운동 고고
