I was terrible this weekend and last week. I ate out every day, ate candy and chips, Mexican, margaritas, just aweful. I won't be surprised if I'm 190 today, but I don't want to see it. If I eat right and drink water, I could lose a pound before my Wednesday weigh-in and still be 188/189. Unfortunately, I'm about to "start", so I'll be holding water. I'm just so scared to officially hit 190. I need to maintain 185. I think the green coffee pills made me super cranky.
