Well I guess I didnt do well cause I am still not getting in the habit of charting everything when I eat but Ill get back in the routine. Wish me luck.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it. 972 cals seems very low. Oh, I see you didn't enter the other meals. Do watch that you don't fill up on empty calories. Add fruit and veggies and maybe consider a protein smoothie in the morning. I find that gives me a great start to the day, the protein gives energy and I don't use a lot of calories first thing. If you want recipes I'm happy to share. Try for some protein at every meal. That really helps us to feel satisfied. Helen
