Happy lunchie guys! Udh 1 bulanan stop IF & OMAD krn susah kontrol diri. Gak tau deh naik berapa. Balik lg ke clean eating. No oil, no santan dan butter mentega dll. Kecapnya pake tropicana, gula pake diabetasol 😀
