9st 7 (SS at WW) Undeservedly lucky on both counts. Wish I could rein myself back in, but I fear my mood is still affecting my eating adversely.

60.3 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg. Still to go: 0.5 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Good that you are at least aware of your mood. I know that I am an emotional eater, so when I can sense that within me I can go on high alert. Hope you feel better and stick with it ! :)
