Itu overnight oats.. biasa nya fotonya masi di dlm jar, td tuang ke mangkok, biar potongan pisangnya muat semua.. 😁

Sebelahnya kopi susu, saya pake nescafe tanpa gula & susu (kadang fresh milk, kadang skim milk, kadang low fat milk, kadang soy milk tergantung stock aja)
