Good morning ! I always get intrigued by flavor combination in posts. PB and onion ? I think I might give that a test. When I can't wrap my taste buds around the combination it is like a puzzle not put together.

It is not the type of thing I would normally eat either but the flavor combination is curious. I know some Chinese noodle dishes incorporate the scallion/soy/pb flavor so I could see my way to trying this as a snack but not necessarily a meal.

Well the killer for me was the onion. It’s your lucky day guys. I will be glad to give you my portion of onions for the day LOL. Can’t stand them! GRIN. But...I’m happy you enjoy them. Yeah. I love Thai food and they use peanuts in many wonderful ways.

I can see it with unsweetened type PB. asian/thai type combo. I'll bet some big old juicy red onions would be good.
