+/- 300 kal for breakfast.. semalem terlalu lelah untuk bikin overnight oats, pagi ini potong2 buah yg ada di kulkas aja deh, tambah yogurt & chia seeds..

@olivia tergantung merk yogurt nya, baca di nutritions facts nya aja.. saya biasanya ditimbang, trus masukin sesuai nutritions facts yg tercatat di kemasannya
