I was near perfect with my eating yesterday, but today I had to reach for the muffins that I had in my fridge. I know I should get them out of my house, but a friend made them for me and I can't just throw them away.

I have a sweet tooth from time to time and I find that a 4 point muffin takes the edge off. I try to save up a lot of my points for the evening as I tend to snack a lot when I get home from work. Lately my snacks have been jello, fruit, and granola.

Ok, I am done beating myself up now. I guess I better get back to studying. Have a pleasant evening all.

Welcome to FS! Please don't beat yourself up. I have a huge sweet tooth myself and all I can say is mix it up a bit and don't let it get boring. I am struggling right now to get my exercise routine back on track and I have not been successful. I am not giving up though. You have definately come to the right place. You'll find lots of support here. You have a great day!

Good luck with getting your exercise routine back on track. I am trying to do that myself. I have done a little walking, and yoga but not much else. I am just not feeeling in an exercising mood lately.

Have you tried the Vitalicious muffins (Vitamuffins, Vitatops)? They are really tasty and only 1 WW point. They are kind of small, but satisfying. I have those, plus Healthy Choice fudge popsicles for those sweet-craving times. Welcome to FS! I'm looking forward to seeing your weight chart heading down!
