Im doing intermedate fasting. 18:6. I really love it! I eat one HEALTHY meal a day. (I feel like nothing I eat is ever healthy enough lol but I am doing a good job) and then I get a sweet yum!!!!! Then I drink water and tea without sugar. I'm going to start only eating orgamic also
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
