Hampir 3 bulan ga input kalori, alhamdulilah BB naeknya dikit. Efek lahiran anak ke 2 JD mesti ngungsi kemertua. Meal plan JD berantakan. Yu ah back on track. Cutting body fat lagi 😁. Semangat
