Your not crawling it might seem like it when you hope for more
So far this week I’m down 0.2 and my weigh in is tomorrow so it does seem not good enough but it makes you want to do better next

You right when I started I just did calorie deficit
Lost the weight but ended up with loose skin
If I did it properly in the first place it would have been a lot better

Thanks all! You’re right, slow and steady wins the race. Looking back I’ve lost on average 1lb per week which I’m super happy with ☺️
