aku juga gitu kak. . awalnya sampai udah mau pesimis buat ngecilin pinggul. eh ternyata alhamdulillah jalan 2 bulan ini udah hilang 7 cm lemak pinggul kak. . tetap konsisten aja kak. dan jangan terlalu sering ngukur. .

Udh kok malahn tiap hari aku makan ga lebih dri 1000 kkl, terus udh jalan 3 bln wo perutnya malahan udh ada garis dikit,lengan,paha udh turun tpi g tau pinggul susah😅
