4 kg to my cheat day! 😂 Finally, I started to get it down after seeing 103,4kg for at least 4 days straight. I’m before 🩸 so that might be a reason. If I must be honest I dont see progress in mirror, mostly I see results in scale. One friend told me after one month apart: Oh geez, how you’ve changed! But I was like: really? I don’t see that big change, only clothes became larger but my body still looks big 🤦‍♀️. But it’s always like that, you still want more and more and you’re never 100% happy with it... It has been over 3 months now and I got -16,3 kg down since I started - 4th of May. Thats a special day 😆
