@diva: aq pernah nanya ke temen yg udh duluan jalanin defkal, klo bb stuck cb buat libur atau kendorin sedikit defisit kalorinya bbrp hari, setelah itu balik ke jalur. Aq prnh nerapin jg klo lg agak jenuh, sejauh ini efektif. Cmiiw
