Dinner today is 608 calories (including the protein shake). I lost 10 lb eating at my RDI, as soon as I started to eat less 0 lb lost.

Perhaps I need to make sure I am at least close to my RDI. Sometimes I am, but other days I fall way under. As of right now (8:05pm Eastern), I'm still almost 700 calories under RDI. 😕
