Has anybody seen In Defense of Food? 

Jon, I havent seen it yet, I should probably make a list of all the things to check out from these comments, or we all probably should and then we can discuss it lol, btw i just came to say o recently subscribed to coach greg I think his advice is sound abit loud lol but sound, Its a pity his cookbook is so expensive 

@Carnage02 Glad you listening to Coach Greg... try Paul Revella ( spelling?) and Simon Miller for variety. Look, some of the stuff these guys put out may just seem like faff and PR and Greg admits it is. He does sensationalism in order to get views to put out real fitness advice otherwise he won't get an audience. If you are smart enough to see past the gimmicks, and enter the keywords for what you want to know, them these guys Know from practice just what they're talking about. They diet all the time themselves! Best wishes! 

Awesome, Thanks Beezkneez ,will try and check them out. So guys i watched Game changers and read up some reviews and things but for the most part i do agree its biased as i think Ree1016 elluded too, although i agree it may have its benefits too. I once spoke to a Chef at a 5 star institution who told me that they no longer serve beef on there menu due to the negative enviromental impact/ Carbon footprint that goes with raising beef cattle, So awareness and change are both slowly taking place which is a good thing. The most interesting thing i've seen however was this debate whereby a Dr tells explains our diet based on our teeth; we have Molars like herbivores and also canines and incissors like carnivores so therefore just by looking at our teeth we can see we were meant to be omnivores; I will however now make a effort to reduce my meat intake.
