anyone have any tips... I have been working an extra 10- 12 hours a week. I'm soo damn hungry now when I get home im trying not to binge but I'm alway almost to my 1600 rdi. I'm 210 now theres only so much fruit and veggies that will fill me. I'm so frustrated I don't even know how many calories I burn at work .
