Thanks, i really needed that. I've been really misbehaving diet wise lol. Yesterday i got back to my strict keto routine and I've been feeling pretty depressed and my head aches, usual initial symptoms, but time feels so slow when you're feeling miserable lol. But I'm glad I'm back to eating healthy.

Thanks omshawf and nutricali 😊 i don't know you but your comments mean so much. Last week i was in a really irrational mindset where i ate only 3 or 4 eggs for a week because I've kind of become obsessed with losing weight, i lost a stone in a week but i felt incredibly tired and miserable, ofcourse later i went to the other extreme and binged hard on every carb in sight for 3 days and pretty much gained the lost weight back. So I've decided if I'm gonna lose those extra pounds to my goal weight, I'm gonna have to listen to my bodg and it's needs, because i want to look good but most importantly feel good 😄
