ErinA120's Journal, 18 Nov 08

After eating lunch today, I definitely know that my mistake yesterday was not having a filling enough breakfast OR lunch. For breakfast I had oatmeal and a grapefruit cup. Yesterday, I just had a grapefruit cup and was STARVING by 10, my stomach was growling really loud. Today I was hungry by lunch, but I wasn't miserable like yesterday.

For lunch yesterday, I just had a wrap with cheese, tomato, and pizza sauce. Then a serving of rf cheez-its....then another serving....and another. It just wasn't enough food at all. Today, I had a huge salad. It had chicken, cheese, tomato, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and ranch. I had it with, light ranch, 5 ff saltines, and a diet Dr. P. It was 7 points total, which is more than I like to use for lunch, but it will keep me full for several hours. If I have a 0-1 point snack this afternoon, I'll still have over 10 points for dinner and night snack.

I definitely have to be really good this week because next week is Thanksgiving and then Hannah's bach party. I am going to make sure to save up all of my flexies for the party. For Thanksgiving I'll just try to stick with mostly turkey and veggies. Only a little mashed potatoes and corn. It will be hard to steer clear of desert, but I think I can do it.
