Day 616- Just checking in. Long time, no type.... So I have been 99% vegan for about 2 months. Don't have much to report on that except it is a challenge when traveling. At home I feel like I can eat as much as I want and maintain. I am staying away from the 'vegan' junk food.... AKA, not eating products full of gluten. I do get a craving for sugar and have been making my own 'sports' bars with lots of nuts, dried fruits, etc. they are pretty good, but you have to watch you don't eat them all, lol.
I have started a blog on Goggle and will post a link once it gets some content. The goal of the blog is to take over where FS left off, so I will be discussing my journey so far, my running training, rowing and my overall life and struggle with social issues.
Finishing is winning.
