I did awesome this week. Since it was my first week being back on program, I learned quite a few things about myself. One thing that I learned is that I tend to snack a lot after I get home from work. That is not necessarily a bad thing if I plan for it.
The other thing that I learned is that the reason that I snack a lot in the evening is because I have a lot of alone time in the evening. I am a people person. I like being around people. When I have to spend time alone I really don't like it. I try to find way to cope with being alone like playing the radio, or EATING. Hence my problem with my weight.
I think that when I have to "cope" with being alone from now on I am going to grasp for my computer keyboard instead of a sandwich. At least you guys out there who enjoy reading journals with have something to read, even if it is just my babblings.

Wow, you sure did have a great week! Fantastic! And babble away - lots of us enjoy reading. Just a thought - if you have a lot of free time at home after work, maybe you could pick up a hobby, workout routine or volunteer gig outside the house. Would keep you away from the snacks AND give you more people time!
