Well it's my first day on FS and so far I really like it! I've been on Weight Watchers for one week and lost 1 lb at my weigh-in. I wasn't really following the plan last week and I was "kinda sorta" doing the Core plan which doesn't seem to work for me. Since I like having things like Lean Cuisine lunches and some prepackaged foods like Dannon smoothies, the Core plan just doesn't work for me numbers-wise. I am trying the Flex plan starting today and so far I really like it. I have the paper trackers from my group leader, and am also using the FS online tracker. I like the accountability and flexibility.

Tonight I'm planning to go to the gym for a brief walk on the treadmill. It's just to get back into the swing of exercising, so I'm aiming for 20 minutes. I have a trashy magazine to read while I'm walking so hopefully the time will fly. I have already arranged with my husband to watch the pets for me while I'm gone. I'll check in tomorrow and let you know how it goes!
