I have been awful, disgusting, totally uninspired! I have gained 10 full lbs (10.1 to be exact) since last wednesday, that is 1 week, or 7 days. That is so gross! I knew I felt yucky but then when I forced myself to weigh in this morning I knew I had to make a change. Ate all right most off the day, slipped off track later tonight. Need to snap out of it. 1 week until Thanksgiving. Strict diet untiol then and then even more hardcore until christmas. No more rolly polly!
