Bener, ketahuan kalau rajin masukin ke FS, saya cuti kan gitu defisit kalori, pas weekend makan banyak masukin ke FS ternyata gede banget, lihat di report sampai2 rata2 kalori dalam seminggu di atas TDEE.

Mknya sekarang prefer cheat meal (fun food) setiap hari, supaya ga kalap di weekend.
