吃到飽果然要有策略。
盡量吃涮肉,不配有糖飲料,不吃油炸類,蔬菜加減吃,澱粉類最後吃。
因為已經吃飽了,澱粉類的東西其實也吃不多。
最後再一點點點點點的甜點。
