Day 72 Total loss 33 lbs.

I've been craving something salty and crunchy all blessed day. I've walked trying to keep my mind off of it, I've watched a movie, I've logged on and updated all my stuff, I've chosen healthy snacks.. it's just not going away!

I'm welcoming new friends and new challenges today! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm strong and going to not give in... I already have a diet breaker in mind, but not today, -5 more days!!!

wow girl - you are doing so well! check out that weight history - it is a testament to dedication and strength of will. Brilliant. You must feel a lot of satisfaction after all that work.

Thank you so much. I am having a hard time with it today though... I've ignored cravings before, normally they go away though. I am stubborn and will get through it. Thanks Jenibee

30lbs in two months. WoW. Please take care to make sure you are eating enough though. The 30lbs sounds great but it's a little scary too. You want to be healthy so you can enjoy the new you right!
