Pilates are no joke, I was so sore after I took my first class. I need to see if they offer any around here. I hope you have a good time with your family tomorrow and I love sweet potatoes too! I also find them really filling. If I'm in a rush, I microwave them, put at pat of butter and some of the brown sugar splenda mix with some cinnamon.

I peel and chop them to like 1 inch cubes then put them in my tortilla warmer in the microwave for 12 min then mash them up in said warmer with a fork and add salt.. sooooooooooooooo good. and they are crazy filling. No I dont have stock in the tortilla warmer company.. I just really like mine. :)

I adore sweet potatoes. Do you get the red garnet yams ever from the store? They are the best. What I find funny though is that I never liked them...not even a little...but then I did South Beach and I remember that after the first two weeks, one of the first new foods I could have was a sweet potato. It was like tasting heaven after being so limited. Now I love them.

yeah... It is weird.. I always thought I did not like them.. because the only time I had ever had them they had the marshmallow glop on the top of them. (which I know a lot of people like adn that is fine but I dont) Well I thought I did not like sweet potatoes.. Turns out I do.. alot.. and I just found out last week. I am trying to broaden my veggie pallet. So I bought what ever sweet potatoes that were on sale at the store. I have no idea what kind they were but they are orange and tasty. :)

Ceebee, you're doing great, girl! I see you had a loss yesterday. And I was just looking at the 20 sweet potatoes in our kitchen and telling my hubby how much I love those things. We'll definitely be having a bunch for T-giving ourselves. Unadulterated, unsugared, just roasted in a little olive oil.
