Thanks siblin. I definitely stepped down from this in the past 2 months with rehab and work schedule. But I'm starting back today

Definatly get that. Life blew up here too. Work and home and no time for much else I took a full month off. I started back in an actual gym last week( after 10+ years off) and am beginning to plot a new scheme. We'll see what happens.
