I hate sugar!!! It is constantly tempting me in the middle of the night. I don't know what to do to stop it. I think I need to challenge myself to eliminate sugar out of my diet, if not totally, at least after a certain point in the evening.(need my coffee creamer in te morning)....PERIOD!!!

For me, cutting out the sugar is about going a few days without it. Then I find that the cravings diminish significantly. The problem? The cravings are so intense those first few days that I get extremely irritable. Sometimes reminding myself that falling off the wagon is painful for me and those around me is enough to keep my hand out of the cookie jar. Sometimes. :)

Have you tried Splenda??? I use it in coffee, tea and have even baked a few things with it. It cured my cravings. I could never stay on program without my Splenda sweetened teas and coffee.
