Last night at the end of the day I was about 120 Kcal short of my 500 Kcal/day allowance. I could have left it like that and go to sleep with no problem - meaning not feeling hungry. Since I planned to ride the bike today I decided to fill the gap and had 1/2 Balance Dark Chocolate Bar and 1/2 cup of Chocolate Soy Milk and went over the 500 Kcal limit.
