No weight entry today. Breakfast and lunch were according to my 500 cal/day plan. However; we were invited to a birthday party this evening and I ate a bit of this and a bit of that which most certainly exceeded my 500 cal/day limit. I did not even try to to quantify what I ate. Tomorrow will be another day.

Last night at the end of the day I was about 120 Kcal short of my 500 Kcal/day allowance. I could have left it like that and go to sleep with no problem - meaning not feeling hungry. Since I planned to ride the bike today I decided to fill the gap and had 1/2 Balance Dark Chocolate Bar and 1/2 cup of Chocolate Soy Milk and went over the 500 Kcal limit.
