It's official... hubby reached over, grabbed a handful and said, "where are they going?" Awesome. I think. It's great to look in the mirror and see a change. My bones are appearing through my skin. Not in a sick gross way - in a sexy, I'm not so bloated kind of way. The last week has really been a struggle, and I've been losing my focus on the good changes, concentrating on my diet limitations. Something this morning was different, and I feel great! (Could be the wine last night)
