Hi! How are the muscles doing on vegan? Still able to get enough protein in that way?

I couldn't tell ya haha. Not counted anything in over a year. Not really trained weights in like 6 months but could still bench more then I weigh on Monday.

Haha...it’s strange when you realize that eating is 80% of weight gain & loss/maintenance. I still WO pretty intense, but it’s the calorie intake that determines the results!!

CICO is a great foundation but it don't stop their. You can apply CICO to a diet of nothing but Snickers bars. You can lose weight eating only shit but ya gonna die young 🤣 This particular forum was always only interested in fat,carbs,and protein... And fucking hell does FS get hung up on protein hahahaha. Where is the discussion around where people get their fibre??? Or their b group vitamins etc
