That is so wonderful!! You can do this for I’m doing it with the intermediate fasting. It is easy because when you’re fasting you’re not allowed to have food that you would be eating - you’d be munching. After the fast I have a lunch that is so good I look forward to it and it is kind of large, but within 1700 cal and then I go back on my fast. Sometimes weight loss is slow - but I always always have a loss and it’s easy. I’m rarely hungry during the fast. Drink lots of water and I’ll follow you through your journey. Again it is hard at times, I also have hypothyroidism, i’m not sure if it’s good to get off your pills because remember the thyroid also regulates your heart and many other things that little organ - man, it’s in charge!
