Holiday Survival Challenge starts in TWO days!!
Just need to get through Thanksgiving Day without doing too horrible.
The feasting started a little yesterday - eeek!! Our neighbor brought over a tray of chocolate truffles. I ate two. Which I didn't think was too bad - but my steady weight loss the last week STOPPED today. Hmmmm....wonder what it was???? :)
I'm still going to weigh in tomorrow and on Friday for the challenge. It keeps me aware of what I'm doing daily. I'm expecting a small gain on Friday, but I'm really going to be careful.
Today will be a challenge, too. But I already knew that. We are making some of the salads and baking the pumpkin pies today. A friend is making lunch and bringing it over. Let the busy begin!! I love it!!!
I won't be recording my food today, as I'm sure it will be strange. But I'm not going to be too bad. I have veggies cut up and some leftover steak and some really good homemade smoked almonds. So, it won't be too bad.
