Wanted so badly to cheat yesterday. To go out and eat a whole pie or a bag of sour cream and onion ruffle chips. But I didn't. I did go buy one of those mini bags and split it up so it was only a 2pt snack, and that satisfied the craving. The first week is the hardest I keep being told, but hopefully I'll have some results on Sunday to motivate me to keep going into Week #2. Dieting is much harder than I thought!
