Steak is fine! Just cut the carbs and you’re good! It’s hard to cut the potatoes and bread from a steak meal but adding an extra large salad should help satisfy!

I like steak once in awhile, especially the fat.
I have problems with pasta's for about 5 yrs now. I like pasta but it doesn't like me. Same with milk, bread & beans, except green beans.
I eat allot if salads and soups made from fatty pork & beef.
Love my berries and occasional fresh fruits.
I eat allot of salads
I don't eat potatoes unless they are sweet
