nasi sama bihun kalorinya lbh kecil nasi kak..diet q cm ngurangin porsi karbo dan cemilan di ganti buah..tapi ttep harus ada protein kak dg mmprhatikan jumlah kalori harian.. Alhamdulillah udah turun 4kg.. target turun 2kg lgi 😀😀
