Ngulang lg ya berat awal 59,9kg hahahaha
Makan bener baru sehari kmren, itupun tengah malemnya masih comot ini itu, tp alhamdulillah turun mayan 2kgan berkat tiap hari olahraga 😄 (ini jln 2 mingguan)
57.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
