Tomorrow is my first weigh-in after getting back on to the wagon. Starting out is always really tough but I have done alright.
Although I was able to make the gym fvice times this week, it has been tough bending my schedule to make it work. It is about myself a priority! It means leaving work on time, it means getting up early to go before hand if needed, it means... making extra effort.
I hope the numbers reflect my hard work tomorrow morning. But if they don't, I need to keep working.
