The Sherriff was a bit confused this morning. First he said 215.5 then 214, then 215.5, then 214. We went throught this little song and dance for 7 tries. I'll need to change his batteries and clean his contacts. For today, I'm just going to have to go with the 215.5 and hopefully tomorrow he'll be feeling better.

Yesterday, I ate very small portions of protein foods all day. An oz or two every 3 hours or so, then pork ribs and cottage cheese for dinner. I was smart enough to leave all the leftovers at Moms!!

After dinner, the boyfriend and I took the dog for a walk. 20 minutes there, then home and I did the 20 minute yoga thing. I am thinking it is a pretty cool reward, the man and the dog were breathing hard. Been having a difficult time getting the water down lately. I've been drinking more Crystal Light (sunrise orange) and decaffinated coffee. My personal goal is 1.5 gal of non carbonated and non caffinated diet fluids per day, I'm guessing I'm only getting about half of that...

Great job outlasting the "man and the dog"! lol! Good luck getting the Sheriff back on track. I hope he shows his appreciation!

good job getting those scales to move down after such a holdiay temptaion sort of week. Leaving leftover's at mom's was a big step...didn't mom try to "push" leftover's onto you?! You are doing great. That exercise is awesome! I agree outdoing the man and dog... that's priceless!
