They're great with berries in them. You don't even need syrup.

Yep, I just throw in some fruit or chocolate chips and don't use syrup. Fast, easy, portable, yummy and helps stick to your goals.

Also, they refrigerate or freeze well and then you can just pop them in the toaster real quick to warm them up when you want one 😊

TOFU and fatshredder, here is the recipe found on Food.com Pete’s Scratch Pancakes...
2 cups flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture
1/4 cup butter
1 3/4 cups milk
1. Mix dry items first
2. Combine eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir in mixture.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes while heating the pan.
