Now that T-Giving is behind us, it's time to focus and eat well until Christmas. Cheeks and I did well during the T-Giving holidays and did not get out-of-control....although i think i gained about 2 lbs...i can shed those easily though. Looking forward to eating well again...my body always feels soooo much better when i feed it correctly.
