Surgery went well. Full reconstruction of the ACL. Therapy starts monday! Glad to be on this side of the process, ready to start moving forward again.

I can definitely say that crutches provide and AMAZING upper-body/arm workout!!!!! Maybe there will be some extra benefits to the recovery process. ;-)
