aku diet kurangin makan nasi....tapi kadang aku ganti sama oats...tapi kenapa bb ku ga turun2 yah...stuck segitu terus...paling naik brp ons...tpi nnti turun lagi....aku wo jg tiap hari...kenapa yah bisa begini...😭
