From about March of this year I've been set on becoming healthy. I started my weight loss journey at 286lbs. Shortly after I started, I found FS. I'm now allllllmost 40lbs down. I have had a pinched nerve in my heel since Jan 29th. This week was the first time in 9 months that I could walk more than about 20ft. I walked about a quarter of a mile!! It dosent sound like alot, but considering I was using a cane at 34yrs old to get to my bathroom, I'd say it's a helluva accomplishment. My heel hurt a little after, and my legs are super sore (I love that sore feeling) but I am over the moon. This is a huge NS victory for me. Just had to put it in my journal. I cant wait to be able to walk a mile!!😊
