Apparently eating 100 calorie popcorn in the evening is not a good idea even when followed by exercise and 4 cups of H2O. And~it didn't taste as yummy as I expected. So, goodbye popcorn! Yay! Temptation no more.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes our mind makes things seem yummier than what they are in reality!!! I've had that happen too. Popcorn with no salt or butter is a good filler, but not very tasty!! Glad the temptation is gone. That is what I do, I get whatever it is that i'm craving, eat it really slowly, and take that time to really taste it. By the time I'm done, I no longer have that craving, and am done with it!! Keep up the great work with the water, and have a good weekend!!
