Keeping Track of it All
Starting Weight: 154lbs
Target Weight: 130lbs
Goal: To fit into my dress for my birthday!


Monday December 1 2008:
Weight: 154lbs → no change
Neck: 12 1/4" → no change
Chest: 36 1/2" → lost 3/4"
Ribs: 29 3/4" → lost 1/4"
Arm: 11" → lost 1/2"
Waist: 31" → no change
Hips: 44" → lost 1/2"
Thigh: 20" → lost 4" Seriously?!?
Calf: 15 1/2" → lost 1/2"
Ankle: 8 3/4" → no change

Goal for this week: Eat all my veggies and make sure I do my exercise!
