pagi2 nyemil beginian .. paling gak bisa nolak kalo di rumah banyak cemilan :(

aku suka stok ini.. lumayan murah, kalori nya jg cm 100,, plus menghilangkan rasa "ngidam" ngemil,, aku batasi maksimal 1bks perhari.
