Kmren smpt bc sttus FS&ada slh satu yg brhasil menurunkan bb dgn ikut program 14hari ny chloe ting... Pagi ini aki coba yg ABS krn BB aku lg stuck... Durasi 11mnit gbsa ngikutin smw tp ak brusaha bwt ikutin walaupun dgn gerakan gg sempurna, asli bkin kringet ngucur bgt... Smoga 14hri kdepan ada hsil nya... Bwt tmn2 yg sm ky ak cb deh dwload vdeo2 workout d yt... Siapa tw bsa jd solusi... Semangat pejuang ngiri💪
